Bangladesh-specific notes

  • Some AIT and university scholarships cover part of tuition; check each programme.
  • Bangladeshi certificates usually need Education Board / Ministry of Education and MOFA attestation; follow the embassy's own document list.

Step-by-step from Dhaka

  1. Shortlist programmes on the universities' own websites and check entry requirements for Bangladeshi certificates.
  2. Apply and receive the admission or acceptance letter.
  3. Get SSC/HSC/degree certificates attested (Education Board / Ministry of Education and MOFA) and translated if required.
  4. Prepare funds, sponsor documents and insurance, then apply for the Non-Immigrant ED visa.
