Editorial policy
How the IEIC content desk researches, verifies, labels and updates study abroad information for Bangladeshi students every two weeks, and how to report an error.
Sources we use
In this order: government and immigration authorities; the university's own pages; official application systems; embassies and high commissions; official bodies such as the British Council, DAAD and Campus France; then reputable news. Social media, blogs and agent sites are only leads.
Fact labels
- Official source checked: confirmed on an official page on the date shown.
- Official source, re-check due: taken from an official source, waiting for the next re-check.
- Confirm with counsellor: indicative, from a secondary source or our experience. Ask us before relying on it.
Update schedule
Every two weeks the desk alternates: one cycle re-checks country, university, scholarship and exam facts and logs each check with its source and date; the next cycle publishes one complete country guide (admission, scholarships, advantages, tips and living hacks).
AI assistance
Our desk uses AI tools to research, draft and design pages. Every published fact links to its source and shows when it was checked. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of admission, scholarship or visa.
